All payments are to be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership:

• Any materials, designs, or content created by BearHug LLC during the course of providing Services remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will transfer to you.

b. Use of Work:

• BearHug LLC reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless explicitly prohibited in writing by the client.

c. Third-Party Content:

• If our Services involve the use of third-party content or materials, you agree to comply with any applicable licenses or restrictions.

7. Confidentiality

a. Client Information:

You may terminate our Services at any time by providing written notice. However, you are responsible for payment of all completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

b. By BearHug LLC:

We reserve the right to terminate our Services if:

• You breach these Terms.

• Payments are overdue.

• You engage in conduct that is unlawful or harmful to our team.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BearHug LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.

11. Force Majeure
