Elias is a creative type who can flip a brainstorming hour into both a therapy hour and a stand-up show, sometimes, in that very order. As Managing Partner and Executive Creative Director at BearHug, he's the (slightly caffeinated) one who makes the agency, in fact, live and breathe, and with equal amounts of sarcasm and insight, he doesn't just stay on one continent but rather spreads across strategy, design, and creative direction, you name it.

With lots of experience under his belt in branding, marketing, and communications, Elias's client list could be a who's who of the world, and a local farmer's market, all combined in one stunt: his unbelievable talent to turn the toughest briefs into a good time (and occasionally like a Netflix pitch). It’s when he decides to launch a new brand by scribbling ideas all over your napkin or reimagining your logo "just for the thrill," that you will be able to find him drinking oat lattes to the last drop, hugely overusing the word storytelling and pretending that he has his to-do list under control.
