Maya Rahayel leads the creative direction at BearHug as our Global Head of Design, overseeing the full spectrum of design across brand, product, and experience. With a background rooted in art direction and a sharp focus on UX, UI, and visual design, Maya plays a central role in shaping how BearHug shows up in the world—online, in print, and everywhere in between. She’s deeply involved from the earliest stages of a project—developing visual identities, defining user journeys, and setting the creative tone—through to execution. Her strength lies in blending strategy and storytelling, making sure every design decision feels intentional, cohesive, and just the right amount of clever.
